Performance Review Process
Employee Performance Reviews are conducted for all University of West Alabama staff members once a year in the late spring/early summer. Evaluations will be completed by the supervisor who will evaluate the employee’s workplace performance based on several categories. All employees are given the opportunity to review and discuss results with their evaluator.
