The goal of UWA tennis is to win championships, graduate student athletes and make a difference in the community. Both tennis teams are consistently in the national rankings with the women having won four undefeated conference championships in a row, they are currently 7-0 in the conference and they finished 3rd at the National Indoor team championships this spring. The tennis programs have been involved in free community clinics, bringing the community orchard back to UWA and maintaining it, overseeing the community garden on campus, and repairing and resurfacing the tennis courts at Jaycee park for the community.
The tennis programs keep close to a 100% graduation rate and are consistently at the top of the list for overall team GPA’s.
