Need to host an event but not sure the proper steps? Follow below!
#1 Request a Facility
- Make sure to plan ahead reservations must be made 10 days in advance
- Visit UWA.edu
- Click “Current Students, Faculty and Staff”
- Under “Technology” click “Event Facility Request Form”
- Choose “West Alabama Students: Request an Event”
- Fill out the form + click submit
- Wait for a “Requested event has been approved” email from “firstname.lastname@example.org”
