#1 Request a Facility

  • Make sure to plan ahead reservations must be made 10 days in advance
  • Visit
  • Click “Current Students, Faculty and Staff”
  • Under “Technology” click “Event Facility Request Form”
  • Choose “West Alabama Students: Request an Event”
  • Fill out the form + click submit
  • Wait for a “Requested event has been approved” email from “”
