Qualifications:

Required

  • An earned PhD degree in Biological Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience teaching online courses in Biological and Environmental Science disciplines.

Desired

  • Ability to develop and teach the following online classes for undergraduate and graduate students: Vertebrate Zoology, Organismal Biology, Evolutionary Biology, Ecology, Genetics, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, Environmental Science,or Nutrition.
  • Prior experience teaching one or more of the courses listed above.
  • Experience with online teaching platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach various Biological and Environmental Science online courses, both undergraduate and/or graduate, based on departmental needs.
