Applying for faculty or staff positions at UWA: Details are provided in each individual position announcement regarding the contact person, address, fax numbers, etc. In addition to regular mail, all application materials will be accepted by electronic means. Letters of application, vita, and letters of reference may be sent as an email attachment in one of the following formats: MS Word, RTF, PDF, or Word Perfect. To ensure proper receipt of emailed materials, applicants may request a confirmation reply.

All application materials may be submitted via fax. However, it is the applicant's responsibility to follow up with a telephone call to ensure that the faxed documents have been received in full and are legible. All faxed materials must be followed with originals by mail.
