MU 111. Music Fundamentals/Ear Training I (4)
MU 112. Music Fundamentals/Ear Training II (4)
MU 301. Survey of Music History (3)
MU 2- and 3-, Major applied concentration (4)
Two of the following: 6 Hours
MU 302. Survey of the Music Industry (3)
MU 303. American Music (3)
MU 304. World Music (3)
MU 305. Introduction to Jazz (3)
MU 306. Twentieth-Century Music (3)
In addition to meeting the course requirements, a minor in Music is required to participate in at least one musical organization each semester, to participate in student recitals as stipulated by the music faculty, and to attend student and faculty recitals and University- sponsored music programs while in residence.
