Assistant Professor & Library Media Program Coordinator

With nearly two decades in service as a teacher and school librarian, Dr. Michelle M. Wilson is a learner, researcher, instructional technologist, and instructional leader who is passionate about the power of authentic collaborative instruction. Dr. Wilson is a National Board Certified Teacher and actively mentors pre-service, new, and active school library media colleagues in playing a strong instructional role that has a deep impact on student learning. She is devoted to lifelong learning, a growth mindset, and promoting the effective and efficient integration of the principles of librarianship as well as instructional technology. Dr. Michelle M. Wilson is an Assistant Professor and Library Media Program Coordinator at the University of West Alabama.
