  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Two (2) years of experience in office-related work.


  • Master’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience with the Ellucian Colleague student information system.

Primary Position Responsibilities:

  • Enter the campus master schedule and make all changes.
  • Process canceled classes.
  • Register students.
  • Process drop forms. 
  • Contact instructors if grades are needed.
  • Process add forms.
  • Process grade changes.
  • Email instructors to notify them when students drop, add, or withdraw.
  • Process campus end-of-term.
  • Run and verify prerequisites.
  • Process student program withdrawals at the end of each term: campus and online.
  • Process Apostille documents for international students.
  • Answer phone and email in a timely manner.
  • Process academic forgiveness.
  • Process residency reclassification.
  • Mark students as deceased in the system.
  • Maintain continual knowledge of all degrees offered and the course requirements for each program.
  • Assist with VA reporting.
  • Assist with deregistration when necessary.
  • Assist in compiling information for the Appeals Committee when needed.
  • Other duties as determined by the Registrar.

Cross Departmental Duties:

  • Assist with the entry of transfer credit.
  • Process transfer credit approval eform.
  • Assist with substitution requests.
  • Process transcript request.
  • Process enrollment verifications.
  • Process in-school deferments.
  • Other duties as determined by the Registrar.
