Participation fee for accepted applicants is $40 which can be paid through PayPal prior to the festival, or by cash or check at registration on April 7. Participation fee covers three meals in the cafeteria, festival medal, and t-shirt.

Friday, April 7
8:00 a.m. - Registration - Foust Hall Band Room
9:00 a.m. - Chair placement auditions begin (Chair placement will be sight reading only)
11:00 a.m. - Performance by UWA Wind Ensemble in UWA Auditorium
12:00 p.m. - Lunch in Cafeteria (covered by participation fee)
1:30 p.m. - First rehearsal
5:00 p.m. - Dinner in Cafeteria (covered by participation fee)
6:30 p.m. - Second rehearsal
9:00 p.m. - Rehearsal concludes
Saturday, April 8
9:00 a.m. - Rehearsal 3
12:00 p.m. - Lunch in Cafeteria (covered by participation fee)
1:30 p.m. - Rehearsal 4/Soundcheck
4:00 p.m. - Finale Concert Performance - UWA Auditorium
