IFC Recruitment
Interfraternity Council recruitment offers an opportunity to meet chapter members and peers, while learning what each fraternity has to offer. Throughout the process, the chapters will answer all questions that may arise while participating rush. Participating in the recruitment process does not require a person to join a chapter, but enables them to explore and learn about the campus and Greek community. This is a great way to meet new people and find out about different ways to get involved on campus. This process is intended to be a positive, fun, and enriching experience for everyone who participates.
How To Register
1. A Minimum high school or college cumulative GPA of 2.5 is required in order to participate in rush.

IFC’s Purpose
The purpose of the Interfraternity Council is to advance The University of West Alabama and its spirit. Furthermore, is the intention of this council to foster better relations among the member fraternities and to insure cooperation between them and University officials.
The Interfraternity Council (IFC) at UWA is the governing body for the 2 men’s social fraternities on campus. The IFC is committed to the academic and social development chapters. IFC organizations are active in every aspect of campus. With a diverse array of fraternities, each with its own unique qualities, there is a perfect fit for each individual looking to join a fraternity here at UWA!
