Hosting an On-Campus Event
Need to host an event but not sure the proper steps? Follow below!
#1 Request a Facility
Make sure to plan ahead reservations must be made 10 days in advance
Click "Current Students, Faculty and Staff"
Under "Technology" click "Event Facility Request Form"
Choose "West Alabama Students: Request an Event"
Fill out the form + click submit
Wait for a "Requested event has been approved" email from "firstname.lastname@example.org"
