
Hosting an On-Campus Event
Need to host an event but not sure the proper steps? Follow below!
#1 Request a Facility

Make sure to plan ahead reservations must be made 10 days in advance

Visit UWA.edu

Click "Current Students, Faculty and Staff"

Under "Technology" click "Event Facility Request Form"

Choose "West Alabama Students: Request an Event"

Fill out the form + click submit

Wait for a "Requested event has been approved" email from "notifications@aais.com"
#2 Promote Your On- Campus Event

Must be a recognized student organization through the UWA SGA.

Must have registered your organization for the current year.

Must submit this form 48 hours before the event, or we cannot guarantee it will go out.

If the event is on campus you must have filled out a facility reservation and the event must appear on the University calendar
