Hello! My name is BreAnna and I am from the small town of Ashville, Alabama. After graduating from high school, I knew I wanted to move away to a brand new place with all new people, I was looking for a fresh start! That’s when I found The University of West Alabama and fell in love with the Integrated Marketing Communications program. During my time at UWA I was a cheerleader for three years, president of my sorority, Phi Mu, Vice President of Lambda Pi Eta honor society and a member of the Marketing Club. I also got the chance to be the director of UWA’s school news, Studio 96, where I was an anchor for two years and I was an editor for MUSE, the university’s newspaper. Although, one of my favorite experiences was getting to be a UWA Ambassador for three years, because that is where I realized my love for recruiting students. This university has endless opportunities to get involved and make a difference. Opportunities that will help you make the most of your college experience and figure out your next step in life. Everyone on this campus has a different story so you will always find someone to relate to. I hope you take the time to come visit campus and see how special this place really is.
