Applying is quick and easy. You may submit your application and pay the $30 application fee online.
Submit Application Documents
The application portal allows you to monitor the status of your application, submit required supplemental items, and view your decision letter. Many supplemental items can be completed from the portal or uploaded directly to the portal to enhance turnaround time. These items may include statement of purpose, resume, writing samples, teaching certificates, recommenders’ contact information, background check, etc.
Official transcript(s) from ALL institutions attended must be submitted to the Office of Graduate and Online Admissions. We accept e-transcripts, as well as mailed transcripts. Mailed transcripts must be delivered in a sealed envelope from the institution to be considered official. Send to: UWA Graduate and Online Admissions, Station 46, Livingston, AL 35470.
Application Steps for Transient Graduate Students
A transient student is a student enrolled at another institution who wishes to attend UWA for one term and return to the home institution.
Applying is quick and easy. You may submit your application online. There is no application fee associated with the transient application.
Transient Approval Form
Transient students must reapply each term and request an official Transient Approval Form for each term.
