The Master of Education (Non-Certification) Early Childhood Education (P-3) program at The University of West Alabama focuses on preparing educators to meet diverse needs, implement research-based strategies, and apply theories of teaching and learning. This does not lead to certification P-3.

Career Preparation
A master’s degree in Early Childhood Education will increase will increase your knowledge base and make you more marketable. The master’s degree is a stepping stone for advancement professionally and educationally. With this degree you may work with young children in many different settings such as daycares, hospitals, churches, and other childcare programs.
