Assistant Women's Softball Coach

Effective Date: January 1, 2022, or soon thereafter




  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Excellent communication and organizational skills
  3. Ability and desire to motivate student-athletes to succeed academically and athletically
  4. Ability to work effectively as a team with administration, faculty, coaching staff, students, and alumni


  1. College coaching and recruiting experience
  2. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
  3. Two years collegiate coaching experience and/or collegiate playing experience
  4. Master’s degree


  1. Organizing practice and game plans
  2. Coordinate scheduling and recruiting activities
  3. Field maintenance as assigned by the head coach
  4. Assist with financial aid and eligibility matters for student-athletes
  5. Coordinate travel
  6. Other duties as assigned by the head coach and athletics director

Salary: Dependent upon credentials; includes excellent medical and retirement benefits.
