Some of the units are government subsidized and rental rates are based on income. These have been designated with the following: BOI (Based on Income). No endorsement by the University is made or implied by being listed in this table. The information in this table has been collected by the Housing Office to assist students, especially graduate students, married students and students with children, in locating apartments near the University. The Housing Office reserves the right to remove apartments from the list for any reason.
