• Housing and Meal Plan Rates

The residence hall rental rates and meal plan rates for 2017-18 are listed below.  Please note that all rates are subject to change and that the rates will increase approximately 3% for the 2018-19 school year.  The rates listed are per person, per semester, based on double occupancy (unless otherwise noted). The same rate applies for triple occupancy rooms at Stickney Hall. Most students attend the University two semesters each year (fall and spring).

The meal plan rate that is listed is for the minimum meal plan required of the particular residence hall.  Gilbert Hall and Selden Hall require the "All Access Meal Plan".  All other residence halls require a "Nine Meal Plan".  Please note that new freshmen are generally assigned to Gilbert Hall.  If a new freshman is assigned to another residence hall, the All Access Meal Plan will still be required.

*Selden Hall has a limited number of single rooms, which cost $1,860 each semester. In addition, Selden Hall will have a few rooms used as overflow housing, for students that apply late for housing. These students that assigned to a quad room initially will be charged the Gilbert Hall rental rate ($2,630) and a prorated rebate will be issued when the resident is assigned to a permanent room (except for Hoover Apartments, where the resident will be responsible for the additional rent cost due to these apartments costing more than the Gilbert rate).
