    Qualifications:

    Essential:

    1. Earned doctorate in Higher Education Administration or a related field
    2. Ability to work effectively with students, staff, faculty, and administration
    3. Commitment to quality teaching
    4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    5. Demonstrated effectiveness in applying technology to teaching
    6. Successful experience working in student affairs, institutional advancement, admissions, financial affairs, alumni affairs, or the office of the registrar
       

    Desired:

    1. Evidence of scholarly research and grant writing
    2. Successful teaching experience at the collegiate level
    3. Successful online teaching experience


    Responsibilities:

    1. Teach graduate level courses in College Student Development
    2. Teach other professional courses as needed
    3. Fulfill other faculty responsibilities, including advising students, conducting scholarly research and participating in University and community service and service to local schools
    4. Perform other tasks as required by the appropriate administrators 
       


    Salary: Dependent upon credentials; includes excellent benefits package.
