The rates for residence halls and meal plans for the 2023-2024 school year are listed below. Please note that all rates are subject to change until approved by the UWA Board of Trustees each June.

The rates listed are per person, per semester, based on double occupancy (unless otherwise noted). The meal plan rates listed are for the minimum meal plan required for the particular residence hall. Gilbert Hall and Selden Hall require the All Access Meal Plan. All other residence halls require the 9-Meal Plan. Please note that new freshmen, while generally assigned to Gilbert Hall, would still be required to have the All Access Meal Plan if an exception is made for them to live elsewhere on campus.

Students approved for single rooms at Gilbert, Hoover I, Reed, Patterson, and Stickney, when available, are charged a single-room buyout fee of an additional 50% each semester.

All Access Meal Plan

The All Access Meal Plan offers unlimited meals at the CAF. This plan is perfect for the healthy snacker or someone with a healthy appetite. Students on the All Access Meal Plan have unlimited access to the CAF during its hours of operation, seven days a week. Come in for lunch, come back later for a mid-afternoon snack, stop by for a soft drink, come in for an early supper and then come back for dessert or an evening snack. The choice is yours!

The All Access Meal Plan is required for freshmen and residents living in Gilbert Hall and Selden Hall.

9-Meal Plan

The 9-Meal Plan allows you to eat nine meals per week, with a maximum of three meals per day.

The Nine Meal Plan is required for residents in Reed Hall, Patterson Hall, Stickney Hall and Hoover Hall, if they have not selected the All Access Meal Plan.
