Associate in Science in Nursing

Students earn an Associate in Science Degree in just 2 years (5 semesters). Students have the opportunity to learn hands-on skills in both the clinical and simulated lab setting from experienced nurse educators. You will be prepared to take the Registered Nurse licensure exam and enter the workforce.

Curriculum

  • Learn to promote health, prevent disease and help others cope

  • Develop communication, assessment and collaboration skills

  • Low faculty to student ratio allows personalized instruction

  • Rotate through a variety of settings including hospitals and specialty clinics

  • Participate in hands-on clinical training

Employment opportunities are numerous and include ambulatory care, critical care, trauma and emergency, home health, hospice, mental health, neonatal or pediatric care.
