An audio tour provides a recorded spoken commentary, normally through a handheld device, to a visitor attraction such as a museum. They are also available for self-guided tours of outdoor locations or as a part of an organized tour. Included in the workshop agenda is information on how to create a cell phone tour and tips on writing and recording a cell phone tour.
The event is free to the public, but registration is required. To register, please complete the registration form and return by Monday, Dec. 10 to the Center for the Study of the Black Belt, UWA Station 45, Livingston, Ala. 35470, email centerforblackbelt@uwa.edu, call (2050 652-3828 or visit www.centerforblackbelt.org.
