Where to Live

The University of West Alabama has six residence halls, all of which are conveniently located near classes and campus services. Most freshmen live in traditional residence halls, though freshmen who attend the University on a Trustee Scholarship may choose to live in Reed Hall or Stickney Hall. Most sophomores (and above) live in suite-style residence halls or apartments,

The traditional residence halls are Spieth Hall and Selden Hall. The suite-style residence halls are Patterson Hall, Reed Hall and Stickney Hall. Hoover Apartments is an apartment community.

•  Spieth Hall (Male Students - Primarily Freshmen)

• Selden Hall (Female Students - Primarily Freshmen)

• Reed Hall (Freshmen with a Trustee Scholarship)

• Stickney Hall (Freshmen - Priority with a Trustee Scholarship)

• Patterson Hall (Sophomores and Above)

•  Hoover Apartments (Sophomores and Above)
