Card Care
Take good care of your Tiger Card! Treat it as you do your driver's license or your credit cards.
- Do not unnecessarily handle your Tiger Card.
- Do not trim the edges, punch holes in it, bend it, or alter the shape in any way.
- If you have a photo Tiger Card, do not let the photo side rub up against plastic for any extended time--a chemical reaction caused by the interaction of plastic and moisture might cause the photo to fade over time.
- Do not put your Tiger Card near magnets (including magnetized purse clasps).
- Do not affix any stickers or bar codes to the cards (micro-fibers from these stickers ruin the card readers).
