    Dr. Mark Hersey of Mississippi State University inaugurates the Holland Lectures with a presentation on famed scientist and educator George Washington Carver on Tuesday, Feb. 21.

    A 5:30 p.m. reception precedes the 6:15 p.m. lecture presentation at the Bell Conference Center in Livingston. Copies of Hersey’s book will be available for purchase on site. The event is open to the public.
