• Housing and Meal Plan Rates

     

    The residence hall rental rates for 2012-13 are listed below.  Please note that all rates are subject to change. The rates listed are per person, per semester, based on double occupancy (unless otherwise noted). The same rate applies for triple occupancy rooms at Stickney Hall. Most students attend the University two semesters each year (fall and spring).

    The meal plan rates listed are the current (2011-12 school year rates).  The meal plan rates for 2012-13 have not yet been set.  The meal plans listed refer to the standard minimum meal plan required of the particular residence hall and how many meals are provide each week. Please note that new freshmen are generally assigned to Gilbert Hall.  If a new freshman is assigned to another residence hall, a 14 meal plan will still be required.  

    Although not required, a 19 meal plan is available for $1,140 per semester (2011-12 rate). For more information on the meal plans, please go here.
